What are payment options?

To order, please call us at 914-725-3990. We accept checks, money orders and PayPal.

 

How quickly is my order processed?

We process orders as quickly as possible. Unless we notify you otherwise, all orders will be processed within 12 to 48 hours of receipt. If you place your order after 6pm on a Friday night, your order will be processed first thing Monday morning. If you have questions, please use the contact information below.

 

What are my shipping options?

We only ship inside the United States. And shipping is always on us! (Yes, that means FREE.)

 

How do I make a return?

Returns must be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of purchase and should be accompanied by a copy of your packing slip or receipt. Original tags and packaging must be intact. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on headwear if the tags have been removed. We cannot accept returns if they are damaged or mistreated due to improper packaging. If the item(s) arrive crushed, bent, or have excessive wrinkling we cannot issue proper credit. Your returned item must reach us in the original condition in which it was shipped. All merchandise must be free from loose hairs, stains, and odors and cannot be stretched out or wrinkled from wearing. If the item has been laundered, we cannot accept a return. We recommend that you remove your makeup before trying on an item. We want to give you a FULL credit for the item you are returning, but for quality control purposes, any returned items will be inspected carefully before we can issue credits. This policy ensures that all customers will receive a clean, unused, perfect item with every order they place. Any item that does not meet the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. We offer no hassle refunds on the purchase price of any item, as long as the above guidelines are followed. You may also exchange the returned product for other merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return credit will be made within 30 days from when we receive the original merchandise in the condition described above. How do I wash Babushkahs?

It is easy to wash both the fleece-backed and microfiber-backed Babushkahs. Either dry clean or hand-wash in cold water. Dry flat.
